Champagne bottle wirehoods

PM Wirehoods

Poly cork Wirehoods are of zinc coated wire and band material which secure the Poly corks ( Strap type Wirehood).

The size depends on the bottle size in conjunction with the cork. Packaging is possible in trays, crates or cartons depending on further processing. The de-palletiser EPA 400 handles the trays in combination with the conveyor system.

V Wirehoods

Zinc coated four post Wirehoods and/or varnished wire to secure poly corks. The size depends on the bottle size in conjunction with the cork. Packaging is possible in trays, crates or cartons depending on further processing.

The de-palletiser EPA 400 handles the trays from crates together with the unloading machine EP 110, in combination with the conveyor system.

VD Wirehoods

Zinc coated four post Wirehoods and/or varnished wire with metal lid, secure natural or or Polycork. The Top Cap can be decorated by means of lithographien and customized. The size depends on the bottle size in conjunction with the cork. Packaging is possible in trays, crates or cartons depending on further processing.

The de-palletiser EPA 400 handles the trays from crates together with the unloading machine EP 110, in combination with the conveyor system.

Secco cords

A traditional design element of natural fibre with a zinc coated wire core, for the presentation of sparkling wines (Prosecco), still wines or other food or beverage ( e.g. Oils, Vinegar etc.), as well as a universal decoration for other applications.

The mechanical production ensures a high precision of the cords. This allows the Secco Cords, for the first time, to be integrated in fast running bottling lines. This is suitable for a short run production or for a large filling requirement.

Various colours from the standard Pantone-Colour samples allow for an individual design. The Schneider patented and under license manufactured applicator machines are available with the following speeds:
