Bei Wein und Sekt ist die Bezeichnung und Untergliederung der Geschmacksrichtungen ganz sch\u00f6n verwirrend. So hat zum Beispiel ein trockener Wein eine deutlich niedrigere Rests\u00fc\u00dfe als ein trockener Sekt.<\/p><p>Aber warum hat ein trockener Wein maximal 9 g\/l, ein trockener Sekt dagegen zwischen 17 und 32 g\/l Restzucker? Der Grund liegt in der Kohlens\u00e4ure. Sie mildert die S\u00fc\u00dfe so stark ab, dass sie nicht so stark wahrgenommen wird. Liebhaber trockener Weine sollte also beim Sekt eher zu \u201eBrut\u201c oder \u201eExtra brut\u201c greifen.<\/p><p>Wieviel Restzucker in den einzelnen Geschmacksrichtungen von Wein, Sekt und Secco enthalten ist, haben wir hier f\u00fcr Sie zusammengetragen:<\/p><p>Wein<\/p><p>Trocken: &lt; 9g\/l Restzucker<\/p><p>Halbtrocken: 9 \u2013 18 g\/l Restzucker<\/p><p>Lieblich oder Mild: 18 \u2013 45 g\/l Restzucker<\/p><p>S\u00fc\u00df: &gt; 45 g\/l Restzucker<\/p><p>Sekt<\/p><p>Brut nature: bis 3 g\/l Restzucker<\/p><p>Extra brut: bis 6 g\/l Restzucker<\/p><p>Brut: bis 12 g\/l Restzucker<\/p><p>Extra Dry oder Extra trocken: 12- 17 g\/l Restzucker<\/p><p>Dry oder Trocken: 17 \u2013 32 g\/l Restzucker<\/p><p>Halbtrocken, Medium dry oder Demi-sec: 32-50 g\/l Restzucker<\/p><p>Lieblich, Mild oder Doux: &gt; 50 g\/l Restzucker<\/p><p>Secco<\/p><p>Trocken: bis 35 g\/l Restzucker<\/p><p>Halbtrocken: 33-50 g\/l Restzucker<\/p><p>Mild: &gt; 50 g\/l Restzucker<\/p><p>Auch unsere Verschl\u00fcsse, unsere Kapseln und unsere Stopfen sind so unterschiedlich wie die Abstufungen im Wein, Sekt und Secco.
