href=\"http:\/\/verschluss.de\/pfefferkorn\/spritzerei-4\/\">Spritzguss<\/a> absolviert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Folgenden ein kleiner Erfahrungsbericht von Herrn data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Mein Praktikum im Spritzguss<\/h3>\n<p>Als Azubi im <a title=\"Werkzeugbau\" href=\"http:\/\/verschluss.de\/pfefferkorn\/werkzeugbau\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Werkzeugbau<\/a> von Pfefferkorn &amp; Co lerne ich haupts\u00e4chlich, wie ich Spritzgussformen f\u00fcr Kunststoffteile baue. Um einen guten Eindruck \u00fcber die Produktion mit den aufwendigen Spritzgussformen zu bekommen, habe ich im <a title=\"Spritzguss\" href=\"http:\/\/verschluss.de\/pfefferkorn\/spritzerei-4\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Spritzguss<\/a> ein zweiw\u00f6chiges Praktikum absolviert.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3>Das Berufsbild des Verfahrensmechanikers Kunststofftechnik<\/h3>\n<p>Der Arbeitsumfang eines <a title=\"Jobs\" href=\"http:\/\/verschluss.de\/pfefferkorn\/jobs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Verfahrensmechanikers Kunststofftechnik<\/a> ist vielf\u00e4ltig. Mir wurde gezeigt, wie eine Spritzgussform auf eine Spritzgussmaschine montiert wird und worauf ich bei der Montage achten sollte.<br \/>Da ich schon einige Grundkenntnisse besitze, durfte ich schon vieles selber machen, wie zum Bespiel:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Formen auslagern<\/li>\n<li>R\u00fcsten (Kran bedienen, Form montieren, K\u00fchlwasserschl\u00e4uche anschlie\u00dfen)<\/li>\n<li>Materialversorgung anschlie\u00dfen<\/li>\n<li>Qualit\u00e4tskontrolle der Teile<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Verarbeitung von Kunststoffen<\/h3>\n<p>Zur Produktion von Kunststoffteilen wird Kunststoffgranulat ben\u00f6tigt. Das Granulat wird in unserer Firma unter anderem in Silos gelagert. Ich war bei einer Bef\u00fcllung eines unserer sechs Silos durch einen LKW mit Granulat dabei. Dabei wird das Granulat aus dem Container des LKW durch Schl\u00e4uche in das Silo geblasen.<\/p>\n<p>Anschlie\u00dfend wurden mir die vielf\u00e4ltigen Sorten des Granulats gezeigt. Zur Verarbeitung kommen unter anderem:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Polyethylen (HD und LD)<\/li>\n<li>Polyprophylen<\/li>\n<li>Polycarbonat<\/li>\n<li>Polyamid, auch mit F\u00fcllstoffen<\/li>\n<li>Polyoxymethylen<\/li>\n<li>Polyvinylidenfluorid<\/li>\n<li>Thermoplastische Elastomere<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Der Produktionsprozess<\/h3>\n<p>Zum Bef\u00f6rdern des Granulats aus den Silos wird es durch Vakuumrohre zu den Spritzgussmaschinen gesaugt. Nun flie\u00dft es durch den Verteiler, in dem Farbgranulat dazu gemischt wird. Vom Verteiler gelangt es in die Heizschnecke, diese heizt das Granulat haupts\u00e4chlich mit dem F\u00f6rderdruck der sich drehenden Heizschnecke auf. Das hei\u00dfe Granulat flie\u00dft in eine Art Kolben, dessen Hubraum genau so gro\u00df ist wie der Hohlraum der Form, der sp\u00e4ter die Teile ergibt. Nun kann das fl\u00fcssige Granulat durch eine Vorfahr-Bewegung der Heizschnecke mit etwa 1000 Bar in die Form gespritzt werden.
