Champagne Capsules
High quality laminated foil according to the customers requirements (colour, form, hot print embossment for lid and sides , tear strip) are formed to a perfect design for your products. Special requirements in form, design and application are prepared together with the client.
The packing depends on how the capsules are handled afterwards, whether they are in trays or cartons.
The de-palletiser EPA 500 handles the trays in combination with the conveyor system. The cartons are suitable for manual processing of the champagne capsules.
Wine Capsules
Drawn foil according to the customers requirements ( colour, form, hot print , tear strip, lid print) are formed to a perfect design for your products. The horizontal shrinking of the capsule on the bottle guarantees a high quality appearance. Larger diameters look even better.
Special requirements in form, design and application are prepared together with the client. For the automatic separating and feeding out of cartons, we offer our capsule elevator CES 100 in combination with the conveyor systems.
SUSTAINcap®
THESE champagne capsules not only look great, but also protect against dirt, unauthorized opening and can be used as recognition value for your own brand.
Our team riegel.de, in collaboration with its exclusive supplier Folien+Druck GmbH, has developed a plastic-free champagne capsule material.
Not only is it environmentally friendly, but it also has all the advantages of traditional polylaminate film. Our innovative capsule was patented in 2023 and introduced to our customers for the first time.
The material SUSTAINcap® consists of a plastic-free composite of aluminum and paper, which can be connected using an organic wax from sustainable sources.
No additional PE plastic film or PE lamination is required. The recyclable portion of the capsule is up to 97% of the material thickness, as the combination of “paper” and “metal” can be easily separated.
The film is produced in Germany, which ensures short transport routes and enables significant CO2 savings.
The jacket material consists of over 80% paper (based on approx. 145 µm total thickness). A chlorine-free, tear-resistant fresh fiber paper with high mechanical stability is used, which ensures good processing properties of all sizes.
