Champagne Capsules
High quality laminated foil according to the customers requirements (colour, form, hot print embossment for lid and sides , tear strip) are formed to a perfect design for your products. Special requirements in form, design and application are prepared together with the client.
The packing depends on how the capsules are handled afterwards, whether they are in trays or cartons.
The de-palletiser EPA 500 handles the trays in combination with the conveyor system. The cartons are suitable for manual processing of the champagne capsules.
Wine Capsules
Drawn foil according to the customers requirements ( colour, form, hot print , tear strip, lid print) are formed to a perfect design for your products. The horizontal shrinking of the capsule on the bottle guarantees a high quality appearance. Larger diameters look even better.
Special requirements in form, design and application are prepared together with the client. For the automatic separating and feeding out of cartons, we offer our capsule elevator CES 100 in combination with the conveyor systems.
